The American debut of the “Piccola Cucina” Project
The “Piccola Cucina” Enoteca in Prince Street, New York, represents the American debut of our project, started in 2008.
Very popular with local residents, businessmen and families, this restaurant is a little treasure -trove of tastes, alive with colors and smells, where food and wine complement each other.
The restaurant, both in its décor and menu, maintains the radiant spirit and simplicity that are typically Italian, to produce rich, characteristic dishes: from “arancini” to “pasta with fresh tomato sauce” to “swordfish”, all recipes that evoke the traditions of Sicily.
From a working lunch to dinner with friends, the intimate setting of the “Piccola Cucina” is always a delight.
The high quality of the products used, carefully selected directly by our chef Philip Guardione, allows an innovative re-invention of traditional Sicilian cooking, following a method which has resulted in the restaurant Piccola Cucina becoming, in a short space of time, an unbeatable point of reference for lovers of good food.
